Welcome to Part II of my demonstration of how to create 18th century style Adorned Prints. If you missed Part I and are wondering what an adorned print is, make sure you check out my previous post here – How to Make an Ancient Alien King.
Here’s a full-color version of the print I’m working on as an extra-special reward for backers of the Napoleon’s Starship Kickstarter campaign. This is only a loose reference as I’ll be adorning a line art-only copy.

My adorned print of ancient Throrian king Loreval is starting to take shape in more ways than one! I’ve made my first cuts, formed my first windows in the Bristol sheet and am blocking out my fabric choices. I’m using only the materials introduced in Part I, and it’s time to reveal which ones I’m incorporating into the first print. Tune in to see if I ended up picking any of your favorites.
If you want one just like this or know someone who would enjoy it, remember we still have 4 prints available as rewards on the Napoleon’s Starship Kickstarter campaign. Time is running fast and we’re down to just 17 days before the campaign ends!
